This clever gadget is a very effective way to visualize the direction and strength of the air column. My students find it fun and engaging.

A fresh perspective
The Pneumo Pro Wind Director has really helped me to improve my tone and intonation on the flute.
I learn best when visual aids are involved. Though I have used the mirror to regularly check my embouchure, I hit the limits of this exercise long ago. To now be able to SEE the effect of the aim of my airstream and to be able to practice for repeatable results is fantastic.
The Pneumo Pro is giving me a fresh perspective on embouchure and long tone exercises. With it, I was able to see that I never was directing the airstream down enough to make those low notes to reliably sound. I am now rapidly improving because I can work at it more productively.
I love this new practice tool!

I first learned of the Pneumo Pro during a masterclass with Nina Perlove.
My immediate reaction was, "Wow!".
I wish this had existed when I was a beginner and certainly when I first began teaching beginners while attending college.
I strongly recommend the Pneumo Pro. It really helps provide immediate physical feedback to the student so that they know where their air is really going.

Wish I'd thought of it!
Such a clever way to show students exactly where their air needs to be directed for low, mid and upper range notes. Worked like a charm for a beginner who had been unsuccessful at making the correct flute embouchure for our first two lessons; a few blows in the Pneumo Pro and the light bulb went on! I even pull it out occasionally with slightly more advanced students who are still struggling with octave slurs and tone quality. I highly recommend it to anyone who teaches beginning flute students.

Amazing teaching tool
This is an amazing teaching tool for beginning and even advanced flute players. I have seen unbelievable results with my 4 and 5 year olds after only a few lessons using this.
I even was able to improve my own skills after trying this out myself!
